Experienced Automotive Sales Professional

Dayton Toyota, a family-owned dealership with nearly 60 years of service, is seeking EXPERIENCED Automotive Sales Professionals to join our award-winning team. We provide a competitive commission structure, with our average commission currently at $689 per unit, consistently above the industry average for over three years. Responsibilities

• Greet and guide customers as they arrive on the lot to initiate the sales process.
• Assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs using current inventory information.
• Enhance the sales process by demonstrating vehicle features on the lot.
• Assist customers in completing their sales applications.
• Collaborate with management to increase sales by inspecting the lot’s vehicles daily and reporting any issues.
• Ensure the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday.
• Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections.
• Proven customer service skills and sales track record.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
• Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process.
• Proficient in basic business math, including percentages.
• Capable of learning and using proprietary sales programs.
• Persistent, competitive, and possessing a strong work ethic.
• Focuses on the customer’s needs to enhance dealership and personal sales.
