Konnect Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing team. We offer flexible scheduling with part-time (minimum 3 days/week) or full-time options. Who We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with ASHA CCCs.
• Active NJ License from the Division of Consumer Affairs.
• Experience with the 0–3 population and/or children with ASD strongly preferred.
• Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development within speech-language pathology. What You’ll Do:

• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy to pediatric clients using best-practice approaches.
• Collaborate closely with families to support carryover and communication success.
• Educate parents and caregivers on strategies that enhance daily communication.
• Maintain thorough documentation and update treatment plans as needed.
• Work as part of a supportive team.
