Landscape Construction Foreman

Hiring a general landscape construction foreman and a masonry specialist foreman.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all projects are built according to plans and specifications.
• Lead and manage a team, ensuring they are on-site and ready to work by 7am.
• Coordinate daily tasks and manage crew logistics efficiently.
• Track and report team hours using company-provided technology.
• Plan and prepare for upcoming workdays, including equipment and material needs.
• Maintain equipment, ensuring regular maintenance and reporting any issues.
• Conduct safety inspections of trucks and equipment.
• Train and mentor crew members, ensuring adherence to company processes.
• Assist in labor tasks such as layout, machine operation, and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a landscaping or laborer role.
• Proficiency in operating landscape maintenance equipment.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and understand landscape construction plans.
• Knowledge of materials, grading, and drainage.
• Valid driver's license.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Eligible to work in the US for any employer.

Compensation

$25 - 32/hr
