SUMMARY

A customer-focused professional responsible for handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive client experience. This role involves communication across multiple channels, identifying issues, and providing timely, effective solutions while maintaining accurate records.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Address customer inquiries related to products, services, or billing with professionalism and accuracy

- Investigate and resolve complaints, including processing adjustments, refunds, or exchanges when appropriate

- Communicate updates to customers regarding issue resolution, claims, or account changes

- Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate teams for further review and follow-up

- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions, actions taken, and outcomes

- Support both inbound and outbound communication efforts as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

- Strong verbal and written communication abilities

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently

- Proficiency with basic computer systems such as email and data entry platforms

- Comfortable documenting and tracking customer interactions accurately

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
