Position: SAP PCS LEAD
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 6-12 Months

Job Description

Key Requirements:

• SAP PCS Lead with proven experience in Aerospace & Defense (A&D ) and Discrete Manufacturing

• Direct experience with A&D clients (e.g., Pratt & Whitney, Bombardier, or similar aircraft manufacturing companies)

• S/4 HANA and PCS (Product Costing Solution) expertise

Responsibilities:

• Lead work stream requirements gathering with business process owners and drive completion of business-driven configuration assessments

• Plan and deliver Workshop A (system demo, presentation deck) based on assessment outcomes

• Manage requirements, configuration, documentation, key decision tracking, process flows, and authorization/security setup

• Oversee test planning (standard/custom objects), change management, and project reporting

• Apply SAP best practices for MBoM, routing, shop floor execution in discrete manufacturing for A&D

• Integrate Parameter Effectivity with PLM/MES systems

• Document and manage material master views: classification, MRP, scheduling, costing

• Handle work centers, BoMs, routings (revision & ECM), production order lifecycle (MTS/MTO with WBS), external processing/subcontracting, kitting, goods issue/reversal, rework/splitting, availability checking, and shortage reporting

• Author functional specifications and support integration with PLM/MES

Qualifications:

• Hands-on SAP PCS experience in A&D discrete manufacturing

• Direct client exposure to major A&D names (airplane manufacturers)

• Proficient in S/4 HANA, PLM/MES system integrations

• Demonstrated ability in requirements management, configuration, workshop delivery, and functional specification authoring
