**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide excellent customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within a logistics and distribution environment.
+ Monitor and control access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or exit from the location.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify potential issues.
+ Document observations, incidents, and/or activities as required by Allied Universal and site-specific policies.
+ Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and/or employees to address questions, provide directions, and support access control procedures.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
