Customer Service Representative

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with efficiency and courtesy.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or chat in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile to delight them.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency in service delivery.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of thinking on your feet and providing solutions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
