Salary : $60,000 - $65,000 yearly

Location : Linden, NJ

Work Schedule : Onsite 4 days a week (8 AM - 5 PM, flexible), Remote on Fridays

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Transportation Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating transportation or shipments and be proficient in Outlook and Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with transportation partners to ensure the smooth movement of goods.
• Coordinate the transportation of goods from various locations.
• Manage shipments from third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) using our database.
• Provide timely communication to customers and stakeholders.
• Maintain and manage shipment records in Excel.
• Work closely with the procurement department to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Proficiency in Outlook and Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Experience in coordinating transportation or shipments.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr.
