• We are hiring immediately for a full time ASSISTANT OFFICE LEAD position.
• Location: Bevco - 1805 Bridgeboro Road, Edgewater Park, New Jersey 08010. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time; Monday through Friday, hours may vary. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Prior administrative, office, or customer service experience is required.
• Pay Range: $16.00 per hour to $18.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Monitors and coordinates the work of office assistant staff. Provides routine clerical and administrative support by answering telephones, processing data and maintaining records.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answers central telephone system and direct calls accordingly.
• Operates office machines.
• Prepares outgoing mail; sorts and distributes incoming mail.
• Opens incoming correspondence and determines appropriate course of action and priority.
• Duplicates and distributes materials.
• Composes, types and edits correspondence, reports, memoranda and other material.
• Maintains an accurate, complete filing system to facilitate immediate retrieval of any required documents.
• Maintains office supply inventory.
• Answers basic questions and provides guidance on office procedures.
• Assists with the onboarding and training of office assistant associates.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
