We are seeking a motivated Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our Medford office. This is a full-time, in-office role perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, working in a fast-paced team environment, and building strong client relationships. You'll work closely with experienced team members and benefit from hands-on training, career development, and a positive, goal-focused culture.

• Base salary: $35,000-$45,000 (depending on experience)

• Answer inbound calls and respond to client inquiries
• Process policy changes and updates
• Conduct policy reviews to ensure adequate coverage
• Identify and recommend additional insurance products
• Introduce clients to life and retirement solutions and refer to specialists

• Property and Casualty license required
• Prior insurance or customer service experience preferred
• Positive, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor
• Goal-oriented with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to remain calm and tactful in high-pressure situations
