Owner operator of thousands of apartments is seeking an Experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team! Responsibilities include apartment turnover and routine maintenance at a 300 unit apartment building. Responsibilities:

• Inspect and prepare vacant units for apartment turn over process
• Complete work orders in a timely fashion
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Maintain material and supply inventory

​ Qualifications:

• Prefer candidate with 5 years or more experience in maintenance
• Ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of the following: plumbing, HVAC, and electrical repairs, appliance repair and installation, carpentry work
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have own tools
