**Shift Details:**
+ 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM (Sun-Thu)

**Role Overview**
As a **Maintenance Mechanic** , you'll ensure the reliable operation of production machinery through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude and experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Perform emergency and scheduled maintenance on production equipment
+ Conduct machine setup and troubleshoot mechanical issues
+ Read and interpret manuals and work orders for maintenance tasks
+ Respond promptly to downtime and determine root causes
+ Assist operators in maintaining OEM specifications
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
+ Train and assist other maintenance team members
+ Commit to 5S housekeeping and comply with all safety procedures
**Required Skills & Qualifications:**
+ 3-5 years of experience in mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
+ Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical issues
+ Experience in bearings, hydraulics, pneumatics, and fast-paced environments
+ Ability to work in overhead structures and confined spaces
+ High safety awareness and problem-solving ability
+ Basic computer skills; experience with MP2 maintenance software preferred
**Work Environment**
**Manufacturing setting with large machines operating continuously. Physical role involving bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.**

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
