Now Hiring for Machine Operators in Berlin, NJ

We are now hiring for 5+ machine operator roles for a premier company in Berlin, NJ.

Location: Berlin, NJ

Openings: 5+ roles available

Shift & Pay

• Rotating 12-hour shifts:
  • 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Must be open to both day and night shifts
• Work only 14–15 days per month on a rotating 28–30 day schedule
• $20.50/hour

Job Responsibilities

• Operate packaging and production equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform routine quality control inspections to ensure product standards
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical or process issues during production
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain consistent output
• Follow safety procedures, GMP standards, and company policies

Required Skills & Experience

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong work ethic with demonstrated job stability
• Comfortable working around heavy machinery and moving mechanical parts
• Ability to perform general labor and warehouse-related tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Background as a machine operator, production helper, or warehouse associate
• Construction or hands-on mechanical experience is a plus
• Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)

Work Environment

• Industrial manufacturing setting
• Exposure to heavy machinery, industrial ovens, and mobile equipment
• Non–climate-controlled facility (hot, cold, or humid conditions)
• Surfaces may be wet, dusty, or uneven with elevated noise levels
• Required PPE includes steel-toe shoes, gloves, eye and ear protection, and head protection
