Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

• Conduct initial consultations and health assessments for hormone replacement therapy and weight loss programs.
• Diagnose and develop personalized treatment plans for patients, addressing hormone imbalances, weight management, and other health concerns.
• Prescribe and manage hormone replacement therapies, including testosterone and other medications.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and lab results.
• Educate patients on the benefits of hormone replacement, nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle changes for long-term health.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure continuity of care and optimal outcomes for patients.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with HIPAA and clinic standards.
• Provide exceptional patient care and build lasting relationships with clients.

Qualifications:

• Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant NJ license, must be in good standing.
• Relevant industry experience preferred.
• Proficient with personal computers and contemporary software applications (MS Office Suite, Patient Now etc.).
• Warm and welcoming bedside manner.
• Ability to complete detailed paperwork.
• Exceptional teamwork skills.
• Maintains professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Ability to meet U.S. employment and eligibility requirements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Knowledge of health and wellness, nutrition, and fitness is a plus.
