Emergency Restoration Sales Pro
Job Description
Job Description
Be the hero in somebody’s life with this purpose-driven career opportunity helping people rebuild their lives! When a family's home is hit by fire, water, or a storm, they need someone to step up fast — someone they can trust. That's where you come in. As an Emergency Response Coordinator at A GRADE Property Restoration , you'll be on the front lines, connecting with homeowners at their most vulnerable moment and helping them take the first step toward rebuilding.
This is a field-based, high-impact outside sales role. You'll be working directly with property owners, managing your own schedule, and driving results across our Northern/Central NJ and tri-state service territory. If you're mission-driven, self-reliant, and know how to earn someone's trust in minutes — this role was built for you.
Offers a flexible schedule and a commission structure that allows top performers to earn significant income with unlimited earning potential.

- Comfortable talking with property owners, neighbors, first responders, and competitors on scene.
- Self-starter — strong time management and accountability without daily supervision.
- Resilient under pressure — stays focused through rejection and high-stress situations.
- Reads people quickly and adjusts approach as circumstances shift.
- No degree required.
- Veterans, active and retired firefighters, and retired law enforcement officers (RPO) are strongly encouraged to apply. The discipline, leadership, and community trust you've built are exactly what this role demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor emergency alerts from fire departments, arrive promptly at fire-damaged properties to assess damage, and establish contact with property owners
- Sell emergency restoration and construction services, secure signed service agreements and coordinate immediate emergency services if needed
- Industry specific training provided
- Explain the restoration process clearly and set realistic expectations with clients.
- Coordinate with office staff on client status, follow-ups, and scheduling to ensure a seamless transition from emergency response to restoration.
- Document daily site visits and lead activity.
- Attend weekly morning team meetings at our office.
- Manage your own schedule and route across the service territory.
Preferred Background
- Familiarity with property insurance claims.
- Basic understanding of water, fire, or mold remediation.
- Construction, emergency services, or related industry experience.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable personal vehicle.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Schedule:
- Full-time expected 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- May require nights & weekends
- Able to work beyond a 40-hour work week as needed to complete goals & responsibilities
Compensation = $100,000 annual salary + 4% on mitigation sales
- During the first 90 days (probationary/training period), compensation is $20/hour . Full commission earnings on any sales closed during this period are still paid in addition to the hourly rate.
