What You’ll Lead
As a Waterpark Park Services Supervisor at Island Waterpark, you help keep the fun flowing by guiding a team that keeps our spaces fresh, tidy, and guest-ready. You’ll set the pace, coach associates, and make sure cleanliness standards are met across the waterpark.
Key responsibilities include supervising park services associates; overseeing restroom sanitization; maintaining pool deck cleanliness; wiping and disinfecting high-touch surfaces; assisting with stain removal; and ensuring general cleaning is completed to brand and guest expectations. Required qualifications/skills:- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Strong skills with the ability to motivate and manage a large team
- Demonstrated leadership experience with team-oriented approach
- Standing and walking for long periods of time
- Must be able to speak ,read, write and communicate in English to adequately perform the duties of the job
- Ability to work varying schedules that include evenings, weekends, holidays and extended hours as business dictates.
- Bilingual preferred but not required
Duties and Responsibilities
- Protects establishment and guests by adhering to cleanliness of the entire
- Oversee associates who performance daily routine chores and maintenance of the Waterpark
- to ensure overall cleanliness and a neat and orderly appearance, including the cleaning of decks, restrooms, locker rooms and shower areas.
- Ensures that furniture and hard surfaces of public areas are clean and organized; Keeps floors free of debris and spills and empties all waste receptacles in public spaces
- Maintains cleaning chemical and cleaning supplies inventory and orders additional items as
- Schedules Park Service Attendants as appropriate to ensure a clean environment in all areas of the waterpark.
- Mentors, coaches and counsels Park Service Associates on their attendance and work
- Responsible for the promotion of a safe and professional workplace through adhering to policies and procedures as outlined in the Island Waterpark handbook and other training material
