Cashier
We are seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and providing exceptional service to our customers. Your role will involve creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the cleanliness of the café environment. If you have a love for coffee and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. Duties: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and standards. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering any questions about the menu. Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including workstations, dining areas, and equipment. Follow food safety guidelines and ensure compliance with health regulations in food handling and preparation. Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of supplies and notifying management when reordering is necessary. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance overall customer experience. Skills: Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Experience with POS systems. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations within the food industry. Proficient in operating cash registers and managing cash handling procedures effectively. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Ability to make and create incredible coffee and tea drinks Experience with an Espresso machine
