A well-established, high-performing dental group practice in Manahawkin, New Jersey is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join their collaborative and patient-focused team.

They maintain an active roster of approximately 2,400 patients , with an excellent 95% collection rate and an annual production exceeding $3.5 million . The patient mix is approximately 70% fee-for-service and 30% PPO , reflecting a strong commitment to personalized and relationship-based dentistry.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Compensation: $250,000 – $350,000 (commensurate with experience and production)
