- Observing teaching staff and aides at the partner school, demonstrating 2 Hour Learning protocols, and providing coaching through structured one-on-one or small-group sessions
- Working with students in small groups or individually: tracking their progress across learning applications, cultivating goal-setting capabilities, and modeling effective strategies for the broader staff
- Facilitating life skills workshops that actively involve students while demonstrating exemplary facilitation techniques to observing staff
- Leveraging student performance data to refine mentorship tactics and confirm academic benchmarks are achieved
- Conducting debrief sessions with staff following observations and workshops to solidify best practices and address questions
- Authorized to work legally in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
- Available to work on-site at the Spotswood, NJ campus through June 2026 (temporary relocation is acceptable)
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in education, coaching, or a related field involving youth or adults
- At least 1 year of experience training or coaching adults (teachers, staff, coaches) with proven modeling and feedback capabilities
- Hands-on experience working with children between the ages of 5 and 14 in educational or youth development contexts
