Technical Program Manager
Akkodis is seeking a Technical Program Manager for a Contract with a client in Raritan, NJ. The ideal candidate with strong GxP and SOX knowledge, bringing structure and clarity to program execution.
Rate Range: $41/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Technical Program Manager job responsibilities include:
Lead end‑to‑end program execution using Kanban/Scrumban methodologies, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery.
Manage multi‑vendor and cross‑functional teams to drive alignment, resolve dependencies, and achieve program objectives.
Ensure strict compliance with GxP and SOX standards across all technical and operational activities.
Develop and maintain program roadmaps, status reports, and stakeholder communications with clarity and precision.
Identify risks, issues, and process gaps while implementing mitigation strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with engineering, QA, and business teams to ensure technical solutions meet regulatory, functional, and performance requirements.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
8–10 years of experience in technical program management within regulated or enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of GxP and SOX compliance with proven experience delivering programs under regulatory frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to manage multi‑vendor teams and drive execution using Kanban/Scrumban methodologies.
