Float Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

Location: Marlton, NJ (Float Position)
Primary Clinic: Marlton, NJ 08053
Float Locations: Marlton, Cherry Hill, Sewell, Mount Laurel, and Mount Holly, NJ

Schedule:

• 30–35 hours per week
• Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 7:30 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Sunday: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Every other weekend required
• Holiday rotation may be required
• 2 Full-Time Openings

Job Overview

A-Line Staffing is seeking experienced Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs)for a Float opportunity supporting multiple clinic locations throughout Southern New Jersey. This is an onsite, patient-facing position providing high-quality, evidence-based primary and family care in a collaborative retail health environment.

The Nurse Practitioner will work alongside a dedicated clinical care team to deliver comprehensive patient care, chronic disease management, preventive services, and health education while practicing autonomously within established clinical guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based primary and family healthcare services
• Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic health conditions
• Perform routine physical examinations and health screenings
• Develop treatment plans and coordinate patient care
• Educate patients on preventive health, wellness, and healthy lifestyle choices
• Manage chronic disease conditions
• Document patient encounters using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
• Perform clinic administrative duties including:
• Opening and closing the clinic
• Inventory management
• Insurance verification
• Patient follow-up
• Payment collection
• Maintaining a clean and organized clinical environment
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to improve patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program
• Current National Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• Active New Jersey Advanced Practice Nurse license in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of recent Nurse Practitioner experience in:
• Primary Care
• Family Medicine
• Urgent Care
• Current BLS Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)or American Red Cross (ARC)
• Strong understanding of chronic disease management and quality care measures
• Experience using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Ability to practice independently with minimal supervision
• Willingness to float between multiple clinic locations
• Ability to obtain additional state licenses if needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in retail health or walk-in clinic settings
• Strong patient education and preventive care background
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment

Important Submission Requirements

Candidates must have recent Primary Care or Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner experience. Candidates without this experience cannot be considered.
