Speech Language Pathologist

Jump Ahead Pediatrics is actively seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist OR CF to join our team near Carteret , NJ for a full-time school-based role! Let’s make a meaningful impact on every child’s journey!

We welcome applications from Clinical Fellows and recent graduates, offering Clinical Fellows the advantage of direct supervision and hands-on training.

Setting: School-Based Services (Pediatric)

• Exclusive school placement (no travel required)
• Hours: 8:30 am - 2:55 pm, M - F
• Pay: $60 - $65 hr
• Compensation for the full school day, including prep time, note time, and lunch.
• CF will receive direct supervision

Responsibilities:

• Assessing and diagnosing speech, language, and swallowing disorders in students.
• Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
• Providing therapy sessions to improve speech and language skills.
• Monitoring progress and adjusting therapy plans as needed.
• Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and complying with regulations.

Requirements :

• Speech Language Pathology License for SLP/graduate of a Speech Language Therapy program for CF’s
• NJ School Certification
