Community Manager
Taylor Management is actively seeking a dedicated Community Manager to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of community associations, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently while fostering a vibrant community atmosphere. Salary is $65,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the community, including maintenance and landscaping.
- Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Manage budgeting processes, prepare financial reports, and monitor community expenditures.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and improvement projects.
- Organize and facilitate board meetings, community events, and activities to engage residents.
- Enforce community rules and regulations in a fair and consistent manner.
- Prepare annual reports and presentations for the board of directors.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in community association management or property management.
- Strong understanding of homeowners association laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Capability to handle multiple priorities and work collaboratively with a team.
- CMCA or similar professional certification is preferred.
