Technician
A Technician performs the assembly, testing, and verification of advanced fluid‐control components for Aerospace, Nuclear and other applications. This role is ideal for a hands‐on technician who thrives in a precision manufacturing environment and enjoys working with complex electro‐mechanical systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform assembly and performance testing of mechanical and/or electro‐mechanical fluid‐control devices in accordance with engineering procedures, blueprints, and schematics.
- Operate, maintain, and help develop high‐pressure test systems, including pneumatic, hydraulic, and calibration‐fluid test stands and pumps.
- Conduct electrical testing and verification using a variety of electronic diagnostic tools.
- Work within controlled clean‐room environments and conduct particulate analysis with accurate data collection.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and validate hardware using systematic diagnostic methods.
- Utilize oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic equipment to support testing and analysis.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Lift and move equipment or components up to 50 lbs as needed.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of technical or mechanical maintenance experience.
- Experience using various hand and measurement tools including but not limited to torque wrenches, height gauges, and calipers.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical procedures.
- Proven experience assembling and testing electro‐mechanical hardware.
- Hands‐on experience with high‐pressure fluid, gas, and cryogenic testing.
- Proficiency in electrical testing, including dielectric and insulation‐resistance testing.
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience working in clean‐room environments.
- Manufacturing or machining experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair hardware using diagnostic tools.
Education
- Minimum: High School Diploma
- Preferred: Vocational school graduate, Associate Degree or Certificate in Engineering Technology
Additional Considerations
- Strong team orientation and ability to collaborate across functions.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to mentor junior technicians.

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Salary Range :$34.00 To $50.00 Hourly
