The Consumer Insights Division of our organization is expanding its nationwide research team. We are seeking dependable individuals to support ongoing studies that influence the development of products, services, and digital experiences used across the United States.

This role offers flexible, remote participation in structured market research activities. All tasks are conducted online and can be completed outside traditional business hours.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide detailed feedback through standardized online questionnaires
• Evaluate consumer products, mobile applications, or digital platforms as assigned
• Follow procedural instructions to ensure data accuracy and reliability
• Document insights using your computer or smartphone
• Participate in optional extended studies when available

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Ability to follow structured guidelines and written instructions
• Comfortable navigating online platforms on a smartphone or computer
• Capable of contributing 13 hours per week on a flexible schedule
• Strong reading comprehension and attention to detail
• No previous market research or industry experience required
