Scheduler ( Remote )
- Assist with proposal development by preparing schedules, cost profiles, and supporting documentation.
- Process prepayment cases according to company guidelines and procedures
- Follow procedures for case management and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Participate in facility management meetings as required
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of confidentiality and professionalism
- Provide administrative support as needed, including checking in examinees, chaperoning exams, mail handling, and other general office duties.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with MS Project and SAP is highly desired.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Acts with a sense of urgency
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong proficiency in technical systems and tools relevant to the role is required
- Background in maintenance planning and scheduling experience
- Ability to collaborate across multiple functional areas in a team environment.
