Overview:

Bar Porter
It is the responsibility of the Bar Porter aids the Bartending staff in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness along with ample stock of glassware, condiments, beer, paper products and other necessary items needed for efficient operation within beverage outlets while performing excellent guest service.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing consistent flow of services to guests by assisting Bartending staff with their job functions promptly

• Maintains bar stock levels of all bar supplies including but not limited to glassware, napkins, straws, garnish, etc.

• Responsible for keeping the bar area cleaned, trash removal, and cleaning of bar equipment/tools.

• Delivers glassware to Stewards
• Performs work assignments as directed by beverage management.
• Assists bartender as needed

• Maintains a clean work environment

• Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the candidate(s) selected for this position

• Capable of lifting and moving heavy objects

• Strong people skills and a well-groomed appearance

• Communication skills including the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

• Must be able to obtain a Casino Registration License upon hire

• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays is required
