Civil Survey CAD Technician – Central New Jersey
A well-established and growing civil engineering and surveying firm in Central New Jersey is seeking a Civil Survey CAD Technician to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of land development and surveying projects with a collaborative and experienced group.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare survey drawings including boundary, topographic, and ALTA/NSPS surveys
- Process field data and assist with drafting for land development projects
- Work closely with surveyors and engineers to translate field notes into accurate plans
- Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation for design and drafting
- Ensure accuracy and quality control of all deliverables
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in survey drafting or civil CAD
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D (MicroStation a plus)
- Experience with boundary, topographic, and construction surveys
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
