Registered Dietitian
- Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans for patients and residents, taking into account their medical needs, dietary restrictions, and cultural preferences
- Conduct nutritional assessments and create treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Provide nutrition education to patients, residents, and families, promoting healthy eating habits and disease prevention
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of patients and residents
- Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines in nutrition and healthcare
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to nutrition and foodservice
- Must be a Registered Dietitian (RD) with a current registration in the National Registry of Dietitians and Nutritionists
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Dietitian
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
