Quality Assurance Specialist (Central Reach and ABA)
- Experience in ABA; BCBA/BCaBA preferred (or high-quality Case Manager with strong clinical documentation experience)
- Strong proficiency in CentralReach (auditing, Learning Tree/program build review, note/data review)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong communication skills; able to provide clear, actionable feedback to clinical team members
- Strong organizational skills; able to manage deadlines and track corrective actions
- Oversee quality assurance processes for ABA services and documentation
- Review and audit clinical records, assessments, data integrity, and session notes in CentralReach
- Use QA checklists/rubrics to evaluate documentation quality, compliance, and clinical alignment
- Track audit findings, assign corrective actions, and ensure timely follow-through and resolution
- Identify patterns/trends and recommend system improvements to reduce recurring errors
- Collaborate with BCBAs/clinical leadership to strengthen documentation practices, medical necessity alignment, and outcomes
- Support audit readiness and compliance with internal policies and applicable ethical/clinical standards
- Assist in improving CentralReach builds (Learning Tree organization, goal criteria, operational definitions, mastery/generalization criteria, prompt documentation)
