Senior Litigation Attorney/ Litigation Partner Senior Litigation Attorney / Litigation Partner
Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Attorney / Litigation Partner to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, particularly in business litigation, and will be responsible for managing complex cases, advising clients, and leading a team of junior attorneys. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all phases of litigation for business-related cases
- Develop and implement effective litigation strategies
- Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and potential risks
- Lead and mentor junior attorneys and support staff
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings and motions
- Represent clients in court, mediation, and arbitration proceedings
- Conduct legal research and prepare case analyses
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional client service
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Minimum of 7 years of litigation experience, with a focus on business litigation
- Exceptional analytical, research, and writing skills
- Strong oral advocacy and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to mentor junior attorneys
- Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
