Position Overview

We’re seeking a seasoned mover who isn’t just hands‑on, but also understands how to help coordinate and optimize day‑to‑day operations. As part of our Burlington team, you’ll:

1. Lead or work alongside crew members on residential and commercial moves
2. Pack, wrap, load, transport,unload furniture and household goods with care
3. Safely operate company trucks and equipment
4. Be a primary contact with clients on-site—clear, courteous, and professional
5. Coordinate with dispatch on scheduling, routing, and job logistics
6. Assist in crew assignments, job completion workflows, and quality control
7. Help maintain equipment, materials inventory, and basic documentation

What We’re Looking For

1. Proven moving experience (min. 2 years preferred), including packing, handling, and driving
2. Strong operational awareness: familiar with scheduling, routing, crew efficiency
3. Excellent physical stamina and adherence to safety standards
4. Clear, professional communication with customers and colleagues
5. Reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a team environment
6. Valid driver’s license; clean driving record a plus
7. Ability to lift heavy items, handle varied weather, and maintain energy over full days

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

1. Provide friendly, positive and stress free moving or hauling experience to all customers
2. Safely move, pack, and unpack customer belongings

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

1. Endurance to lift and carry heavy items (50 lbs. or more) while climbing stairs, balancing, and walking.
2. Positive outlook and willingness to work hard
3. Must be willing to submit a background check
4. Eligible to work in the United States
5. Reliable transportation to and from work
6. Valid/Active Driver's License
