Were hiring a Reconstruction Project Manager to lead residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish. This role owns schedules, budgets, subcontractors, customer communication, and project profitability, with strong earning potential through performance-based incentives. Great Recon PMs keep projects moving, protect margins, and deliver a smooth customer experience from scope to completion. THE ROLE WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
- Manage reconstruction projects from signed scope through completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, schedules, and job expectations.
- Partner with estimating teams on scopes, supplements, change orders, and budgets.
- Manage job costs, materials, labor, and profitability.
- Communicate with homeowners, property managers, and adjusters.
- Maintain documentation to support billing, collections, and closeout.
- Lead site walkthroughs, punch lists, and customer interactions.
- Valid drivers license.
- Strong construction project management skills.
- Experience managing schedules, subcontractors, and customers.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Reconstruction or restoration project management.
- Insurance-driven reconstruction experience.
- Xactimate, Symbility, or estimating experience.
- NYC/Metro construction environment experience.
- Commercial project experience.
- Base salary: $65K$85K plus performance-based commissions/incentives.
- Total compensation potential: $200K+.
