Part-Time Receptionist
- Location: Fairfield, NJ
- Hours: Monday thru Friday, 11am-4:30pm
- Type: Temp to Hire
- Pay Rate: $18-$19/per hour
SUMMARY
PrideStaff is partnering with a well-established insurance company in Fairfield, NJ, to add a reliable and professional Part-Time Receptionist to their team. This is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door with a long-standing organization, with the potential for growth into a full-time role.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct a high volume of incoming phone calls
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to clients and visitors
- Perform light clerical and administrative support tasks
- Assist with data entry and document preparation as needed
- Maintain an organized and professional front office environment
Qualifications:
- Previous office or receptionist experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general computer skills
- Strong communication skills and professional phone manner
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
