Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (In-Office)
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our Service and Operations Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys digging into the details, helping things run more smoothly, and being part of a hardworking team.
In this role, you'll be reviewing reports, identifying areas where we can improve service efficiency—like driver routes, machine performance, or repeated service calls—and sharing your insights with the Service and Operations Manager. You’ll also handle a variety of administrative tasks and help coordinate daily operations.
- Review service reports to spot issues like inefficient routes, recurring problems, or equipment concerns
- Share helpful observations and ideas with the Service and Operations Manager to improve operations
- Help plan and optimize service calls and technician schedules
- Stay in touch with the service team to make sure everything is on track each day
- Handle daily administrative tasks such as data entry, reporting, scheduling, and follow-ups
- Occasionally assist with answering customer service calls when the team needs an extra hand
- Support other special projects and team needs as they come up
- Previous experience in an administrative or operations support role is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and a knack for noticing details others might miss
- Clear and friendly communication skills
- A team player who’s also comfortable working independently
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with dispatch or service software is a bonus
