**What You'll Do:**
+ Monitor and control access to the manufacturing and industrial location, verifying credentials of employees, visitors, and contractors.
+ Provide customer service by assisting individuals entering or exiting the premises and answering security-related inquiries in a professional manner.
+ Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding to incidents and emergency situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
+ Document and report any irregularities, unusual situations, or security-related incidents according to Allied Universal procedures.
+ Collaborate with site personnel to support operational needs while maintaining a secure environment.
+ Participate in security-related drills and/or emergency response activities as required by the location.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Be at least 21 years of age.
+ A guard card or license is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
