ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial insurance market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique insurance needs and providing tailored solutions.
Educate clients on available insurance products and coverage options, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their policies.
Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to negotiate favorable terms and conditions for clients.
Accurately prepare and submit insurance applications and related documents.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
RequirementsPrior experience as a Commercial Lines Producer or similar role in the insurance industry.
Active insurance license in the state of New Jersey.
Demonstrated track record of success in achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverage options.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Intermediate proficiency of technology, including AMS 360 or similar Agency Management System.
Well organized and strong time management skills.
High School Diploma required, college degree preferred.
