Tractor Driver
We are seeking dedicated professionals who have a clean license and can pass a background/DOT Drug Screening. Our operations primarily involves drop & hook or live load tasks. Home every night! Many CAL Services, Inc. drivers have been with the company for more than 10 years, reflecting its strong workplace culture, job security, competitive pay, and benefits.
Responsibilities
- Safe and efficient operation of tractor-trailers
- Performing drop & hook or live load tasks as required
- Adherence to all safety and compliance regulations
Qualifications
- Valid CDL A license
- 1 year of verifiable experience within the last 3 years or 5 years of verifiable experience within the last 10 years
- Must pass a DOT Drug Screening and background check
- Valid DOT Medical Card
- No moving violations
- Valid social security or green card
- No misdemeanor or felonies
Compensation
Drivers are paid weekly.
Training is paid $28 per hour, increasing to $30 per hour after the 30-day training period. The second-year rate is $32.50 per hour, and the third-year rate is $35 per hour.
