This position is based on-site in Edison, NJ, with the potential for nationwide travel to various client and project sites. Candidates must be open to extended travel and have reliable transportation. When not on-site, team members will enjoy the flexibility of remote work from home.

• Lead and mentor a small technical team to ensure successful IT project execution and delivery.

• Assist in the planning, design, and deployment of enterprise technology solutions across client sites.

• Perform system installations, configurations, troubleshooting, and CCNA-level network tasks (e.g., VLANs, IPs).

• Communicate with clients to understand technical needs and provide effective support during project lifecycles.

• Maintain detailed documentation, deliver status reports, and provide end-user training on implemented systems.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT implementation, consulting, or technical delivery roles.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field; Network+ or CCNA preferred.

• Strong knowledge of networking concepts, including IP addressing, VLANs, and console-based diagnostics.

• Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor team members and manage project tasks.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to work on-site and remotely.
