  • Own recordkeeping—organize, maintain, and update documentation with accuracy
  • Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding items to completion
  • Support leadership with scheduling, calendar coordination, and administrative planning
  • Standardize and refine procedures so the office runs efficiently
  • Serve as a reliable communication bridge across internal teams
