LPN Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional LPN Supervisor to join our team at Fallsview Rehabilitation & Nursing in Boonton, New Jersey. As an LPN Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our residents by overseeing the daily operations of our skilled nursing facility. Responsibilities:

• Supervise LPNs and CNA's : Ensure that our nursing staff provides exceptional care to our residents by providing direct supervision, guidance, and support.

• Develop and Implement Care Plans : Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet the unique needs of our residents.

• Monitor Resident Care : Conduct regular rounds to ensure that our residents receive timely and effective care, and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Maintain Accurate Records : Ensure that accurate and timely records are maintained, including resident charts, medication records, and other essential documents.

• Manage Staff Schedules : Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize overtime.

• Promote Continuing Education : Identify opportunities for continuing education and training for our nursing staff, and provide support for professional development.

Requirements:

• Current LPN License : Must be licensed as an LPN in the state of New Jersey.

• Strong Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of nursing staff to deliver high-quality care.

• Excellent Communication Skills : Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.

• Collaborative and Flexible : Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and adapt to changing priorities and situations.
