Job Responsibilities:
- Potentially, work in our center Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM - 5:15 PM, with mandatory home sessions two evenings per week (4:30 PM - 6:30 PM).
- Create and prepare client materials.
- Implement Individualized Treatment Plans under BCBA supervision.
- Incorporate sensory activities, arts, crafts, and games into sessions.
- Record client data and write detailed SOAP notes.
- Attend weekly team meetings and quarterly training sessions.
- Perform light cleaning and maintenance duties.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma (College Degree preferred).
- Experience working with infants and/or children.
- Clear criminal background check.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and remain physically active during sessions.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $16-$24/hour (based on experience).
- 10 days of paid vacation after the probationary period.
- 10 paid holidays after the probationary period.
