International Tax Manager - Richmond, VA (Work from home possible)
Our client is a 150 staff CPA firm in the city of Richmond, VA. They have a heavy focus on working with high net worth individuals and their privately held companies and pride themselves on offering their clients high level advisory services and a bespoke approach at all times.
Due to continued demand for international tax related services they seek an international tax manager or senior manager to lead the development of this speciality service offering.
Duties will include;
U.S. Tax Services for Foreign Nationals, U.S. Foreign Reporting for individuals and businesses, FBAR, FATCA, Withholding Agent Filings, U.S. Income Tax Return Compliance, U.S. Inbound and Outbound Planning, Entity Structure Analysis, Income Tax Treaty Planning, Foreign Tax Credit Planning, Transfer Pricing Consultation and Practice development.
You will be required to have at 8+ years diverse international and domestic tax experience as it relates to high net worth individuals and their closely held corporations. You will hold a CPA license, JD/LLM or qualified by years of experience.
You will be expected to make a name for yourself in the Richmond and wider Virginia international tax market and in exchange you will be given full support to develop the international tax department, a competitive above market rate salary and bonuses for high performance.
