We’re growing fast and looking for Full-Time and Part-Time go-getters to join our amazing Truck Team at 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, the World’s Largest Junk Removal Service. We're known for our friendly, professional teams who help customers say goodbye to their unwanted stuff—and have fun doing it!

We need people who are ready to work hard, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and bring a positive attitude to every job. If you're someone who loves working with others, delivering 5-star customer service, and getting the job done right, this is the place for you!

What’s In It for You?

Flexible Shifts:

• Full-Time: 4-day work week
• Part-Time: 2-3 shifts per week (must be available at least one weekend shift)
• Shift start time: 7:00 AM (8-11 hours per shift)

• $22 - $26/hour (base pay, performance bonus, and credit card tips)

A Day in the Life of a Truck Team Member:

• Driving: Take the wheel of our Isuzu NPR 17-20 ft trucks to customer locations and get the job done.
• Lifting & Loading : Help customers by removing unwanted items and loading them onto the truck.
• Customer Service: Be the friendly face customers remember by providing 5-star service.
• Sales & Negotiation: You’ll receive all the training you need to assess and quote jobs for customers, making the pricing process transparent and simple.
• Recycling & Donation: We keep the planet in mind by recycling and donating as much as possible.
• Time Management: Our team helps you improve your time-management skills—you’ll run your day like a business!

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be 21+ years old (for commercial insurance purposes)
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (MVR check for the past 3 years)
• A positive attitude, reliability, and a goal-driven mindset
• Comfortable lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs repeatedly
