We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide critical support to a well-established CPA firm. This role requires someone with a strong background in public accounting administration who can manage industry-specific tasks with precision and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to tax, accounting, and audit teams.
- Assist with tax processing, e-filing, and assembly of returns.
- Format and proofread financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
- Handle engagement letters, billing, and invoice formatting.
- Manage scheduling, correspondence, and departmental workflow.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a CPA firm is mandatory .
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), Adobe, Outlook, and Teams.
- Familiarity with CCH ProSystems or similar accounting software preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
