JOB DESCRIPTION
Install, assemble, fabricate, and maintain piping systems and related equipment
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout and installation procedures
Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipe using hand and power tools
Weld, solder, or secure pipe components using clamps, brackets, and fittings
Inspect, test, and troubleshoot piping systems for leaks, pressure issues, and performance
Repair or replace damaged pipes, valves, and related components
Ensure all installations meet safety codes, building regulations, and quality standards
Collaborate with project teams including plumbers, HVAC techs, and site managers
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
2+ years of experience in pipe fitting, plumbing, or industrial piping systems
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Experience with cutting, welding, threading, and installing pipe systems
Strong knowledge of safety procedures and construction codes
Mechanical aptitude and strong problem‐solving skills
Ability to work in physically demanding environments (lifting, standing, confined spaces)
