Registered Nurse (RN) Per-diem Home Care
Registered Nurse (Per Diem) – 1:1 Home Health Care $50 – $80 per hour | Flexible Schedule | Union County, NJ BrightStar Care of Westfield is seeking skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team and provide one-on-one home health care that truly makes an impact. - Competitive pay: $50–$80/hr (case dependent)
- Weekly pay with direct deposit
- Flexible per-diem schedule (no minimum hours)
- Daytime weekday opportunities and sometimes evenings
- Mileage reimbursement between visits
- One-on-one patient care in Union County
- Supportive DON & Nursing Supervisor with decades of experience
- Over 95% of BrightStar locations are Joint Commission accredited
- Provide skilled nursing care (injections, wound care, IV infusions, etc.) per individualized care plans
- Monitor patient conditions and update care teams as needed
- Counsel patients and families to support health and wellness at home
- Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with all regulations
- Current, unrestricted RN license in NJ
- 3+ years of clinical experience (hospital or similar setting required)
- IV certification with strong insertion skills (required for home infusions)
- CPR, BLS, or ACLS certification
- Reliable car and auto insurance
- Commitment to regulatory compliance, HIPAA, and patient confidentiality
- BSN degree from an accredited program
- Residing in or near Union County for shorter commute times
