2026 Part-Time Partnership Activation Matchday Staff

The New York Red Bulls are one of 30 teams in Major League Soccer (MLS). RBNY, one of the ten charter clubs of MLS, have competed in the league since its founding in 1996. The Red Bulls play home matches at Sports Illustrated Stadium (SIS) in Harrison, New Jersey. The three-time MLS Supporters' Shield Winners are owned by the Austrian beverage company Red Bull for which the team is named. The New York Red Bulls offer one of the nation's premier youth soccer development programs, from local soccer partnerships across New York and New Jersey to Regional Development Schools and the Red Bulls Academy teams.

POSITION SUMMARY

You will work directly with the Partnerships team to help execute matchday activations for various partners. This can include a variety of activations, including assisting with on-site brand ambassadors, fan experiences and fan incentive programs. All of the activations will be tied to a specific partner, with the specific activations to be determined on a match-by-match basis. You will be acting as an ambassador of both the New York Red Bulls and the partner brand, and will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for all participants of all ages.

• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and are comfortable standing for long periods of time (mostly outdoors)

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus
