Customer Service Specialist

Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Bergen County, New Jersey. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing exceptional support to customers. You will play an integral part in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: - Process customer orders accurately, including entering insurance information and recommending suitable products. - Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment. - Maintain detailed and organized documentation, including patient records and related files. - Address customer concerns and troubleshoot issues, escalating complex problems as necessary. - Perform general administrative tasks and provide clerical support to the team. - Apply knowledge of healthcare processes and terminology to address customer needs effectively. - Ensure consistent and attentive communication with customers via phone, email, and other channels. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer service procedures and workflows. - Stay updated on company systems and tools to deliver accurate and timely assistance. Requirements - Minimum of three years of experience in a healthcare or medical office setting. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with bilingual proficiency highly preferred. - Ability to manage multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail. - Detail-oriented approach with a focus on providing solutions and maintaining customer satisfaction. - Quick learner who can adapt to new software systems and tools. - Knowledge of orthopedics or related healthcare fields is beneficial. - Proven ability to handle customer inquiries in a call center or similar environment.
