We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Chief Operating Officer (COO) to help lead our organization through an exciting phase of growth and operational transformation. This role will be critical in driving day-to-day execution while building the foundation for scalable, long-term success across our warehousing, procurement, and supply chain functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute operational strategies that align with company growth plans, including facility optimization and capacity planning
Oversee all warehouse operations, procurement, inventory control, and order fulfillment with an emphasis on speed, accuracy, and cost efficiency
Identify, evaluate, and lead the implementation of new systems and technologies to modernize operations and improve visibility across the supply chain
Direct cross-functional teams through ERP implementation, WMS upgrades, and other enterprise system rollouts
Establish and track KPIs, develop performance dashboards, and instill a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
Partner with sales, finance, and procurement teams to ensure operational alignment and support rapid customer demand
Strengthen vendor management practices to drive cost savings, quality control, and operational consistency
Recruit, coach, and lead warehouse and operations personnel, fostering a high-performance culture with clear expectations and measurable goals
Qualifications:
10+ years of senior operations leadership experience in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments
Proven success in scaling operations and leading major systems implementations (e.g., ERP, WMS)
Deep understanding of warehouse layout optimization, procurement strategy, and inventory management
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
Experience with automation, data analytics, and technology-driven operational improvements is a plus
